Downloaded the app and tried to create an account, but I never received the verification code to my email, even after resending another code. I tried to sign in anyway, and it said the email and password were wrong. The "Forgot Password" option didn't work either so now my account is partially created and in limbo rendering the app useless.

The buttons barely work. Filling out my Advance Declaration, every tap on Yes/No/Next took 5 or 6 attempts before it registered. That made a simple form a genuinely unpleasant experience. Now imagine doing this while standing in line at the airport with people behind you. For an app the government expects travelers to rely on, this level of basic UI failure is unacceptable. Fix the button responsiveness.

App said I was all set (and emailed me stating as much) still got held at customs because the registration with my passport didn't work
