This has to be one of the worst overhaul of the app I have seen. There is no cohesion to anything. I open the app and there is just random videos. Sometimes I just want to know what is the latest news, and it's really difficult to find any relevant stuff. Then I have random historical videos as the main story. Makes no sense. The ticket hub area is another disaster zone. Have to log in every time. And everything you click back you end up going out of ticket hub and have to restart the process.

This app is hard to navigate even for experienced users. It takes you through various "captures" where you spend time faffing around with Zebra crossings and buses. It's just really poor where it sometimes takes 8 clicks before you finally get to where you want to get to. And when you click 'back', you have to go through the whole process again. The worst app on my phone.
