The app does not allow you to download your pass for offline usage (including blocking you from taking a screenshot of the qr code), which is a serious issue when trying to access it at places with poor internet coverage, such as when trying to scan your ticket at the underground metro stations. Additionally, it keeps logging you out, gives "unexpected errors", and is very slow to load.

The deal of the notecard is great. But this app has some really unintelligent design that makes it unusable. It constantly logs you out and doesn't tell you! So you log in before entering a metro station, get to the gate, use the QR code and the code has already expired. So you have to close the app, reopen it, and then log in... In a subway, so you often don't have internet. Absolutely mind-boggling.
