Artek

The ARTEK Code of Conduct serves as a comprehensive guideline that defines the professional standards, ethical responsibilities, and workplace expectations for all employees of the organization. Since ARTEK’s formal establishment in 2014, the company has been committed to building a disciplined, respectful, and performance-driven work culture that aligns with its vision of excellence in architecture and interior solutions.

This Code of Conduct outlines essential office management policies, including official working hours, punctuality, attendance rules, weekly holidays, and consequences for late entry or unexcused absences. These guidelines are designed to promote discipline, accountability, and fairness while ensuring smooth daily operations. Employees are expected to adhere strictly to office timing and notify their respective department heads in case of sudden leave or emergencies.

The document also establishes a clear dress code policy to maintain a professional and polished corporate image. Employees are required to dress formally, maintain personal hygiene, and follow footwear and identification card regulations within office premises. Such standards help create a professional atmosphere that reflects ARTEK’s values to clients, partners, and visitors.

ARTEK’s leave policies are structured to balance employee well-being with organizational efficiency. The Code explains casual leave, sick leave, earned leave, maternity leave, and leave without pay, along with application procedures and documentation requirements. Salary-related benefits such as Eid bonuses, meal subsidies, snacks, and tea facilities are included to support employee motivation and welfare.

Performance evaluation is a key focus of the Code. Employees are required to record their daily work activities through the office system, enabling transparent performance tracking, project monitoring, promotions, and reward selection. Recognition programs like Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year reinforce a culture of appreciation and excellence.

Additionally, the Code of Conduct emphasizes responsible use of office assets, cost-control practices, proper desk management, noise control, and meeting room etiquette. Strict confidentiality and privacy policies prohibit the misuse or disclosure of company information, designs, documents, or vendor relationships. Violations of confidentiality may result in immediate termination and legal action.

ARTEK maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and unethical behavior. Employee safety, respectful communication, conflict resolution, teamwork, and mutual support are strongly encouraged. Employees are advised to report problems or grievances through proper HR channels to ensure timely and fair resolution.

By following the ARTEK Code of Conduct, employees contribute to a safe, ethical, and productive workplace that supports personal growth and the long-term success of the organization.
