I had a complaint about the repair in the home, in which the shower is not working since I had moved on(3 months). It is not dealt till now and the issue is updated as completed by the agency in the app, but it is not. This agency seems to not caring its tenants in case of repairs.

I don't even know why I'm giving this app a one star. I wouldn't rate it at all. This has to be one of the worst apps ever here. Do the people responsible for this app even listen to what the users say about it? It's literally s**t. Why bother having it? I cannot even log in bcoz the app freezes after I enter my password and other times it just crashes. Seriously, do yourselves a favor and get rid of it if you don't want to improve the app. Forced to use bcoz of my landlords.

Couldn't even log on. When I log in online it says I need the app as using mobile, app says email not recognized 🤣 Funny that I can log in away from the app. Useless
