Although the agents were very well-spoken, they made one too many mistakes by procrastinating. Once you make a payment, it's not easy to get hold of the same person, as they will not answer. If you speak to a different agent, they don't seem to care or show interest in helping you.

Cannot register because cannot receive the OTP code for mobile phone verification. Does not work with overseas mobile number, I think must register using local phone number.

I would rate the user experience if I could use it for anything. You cannot book, you cannot log in, even visualizing the promotion doesn't work. This is trash 🗑️
