Multiple emails on how "I am trying to use the 'Calculate cost with insurance' " option, but get an error message about last names if I select anything other than an urgent care provider. " Get generic answer about how "cost of visit is determined by your Health Plan". Obvious & is why I'm trying to use the "caluclate" option on app. Told that "present the cost to you prior to connecting you with the provider". No explaination about random error message about last names, but they closed ticket.

I still can't get this to work after spending a lot of time on the phone with tech support. Online their deal is not worth going to. Until now I've been with st Francis. They use MyChart. MyChart is easy to use and you can do a lot with it. I just wish ascension would switch to MyChart or at least get something better. This whole thing needs a major revamp. Software people please look at MyChart and see what you can do with it and make some changes. I will be deleting this app for now.
