I know this is a not a therapist, BUT, I personally cannot find a human therapist as good as Ash. The insight and understanding is uncanny. I am feeling better every day, and I was pretty bad before using this app. I'd give it a 10 if I could.

For some reason every time I try to log into my account it says there's an error. Please try again later. And I tried contacting customer support and get no reply or have no luck actually finding a way to contact them

Awful. Every 3 messages the bot says "I'm feeling overwhelmed let's take a break" or "why don't we pause here for today?" Leaves you feeling more frustrated!

I was in the middle of a conversation with Ash, and he stopped listening?? It said "Ash can't hear you". I refreshed the app, now it says "you've reached your maximum amount of messages for the day. In order to keep Ash free for everyone, come back tomorrow..." excuse me??? SINCE WHEN? You can't just start having limits on a therapy app on how many messages per day!! I'll delete this App so fast if you don't fix this. Shame on your greed!!
