I have collected 20 CME/CPD points at docility, but somehow these points were not captured in the MMA app. Your kind help in rectifying this issue is greatly appreciated

A good app to connect with other doctors and find webinars with CME points. However, sometimes links don't open. I tried clicking the post-test button, but it opens to the dashboard. Also loads very slowly or not at all at times. I also have problems with receiving OTP the first time I downloaded the app. I would not receive anything and when I try to get another OTP, it will block my account for 30 minutes.

I attended the lecture on Eye problems of newborn and young children. I submitted the evaluation survey and answered the post test but I did not receive any certificate of attendance. I needed it for prc cpd units. I emailed docility several times, but it never replied at all. I don't think that the cpd prc units that docility brags are true. And there is NO Certificate of Attendance at all. I will mot trust this app.
