Description by The Pilgrims Progress(from Google Play)
AskEllen is a conversational way to explore the published writings of Ellen G. White — author, and co-founder of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Ask a question about faith, Scripture, health, prophecy, or daily Christian life, and AskEllen searches across her major works to find what she actually wrote on the subject. Every response is grounded in real passages from her writings and comes with citations — the book, chapter, and page — so you can always see exactly where an answer comes from and read further in context.
HOW IT WORKS Ask a question in plain language, the way you'd ask a friend. AskEllen retrieves the most relevant passages from Ellen White's public domain writings and responds in a voice shaped by her own words — never inventing positions she didn't hold, and never going beyond what she actually wrote.
WHAT'S INCLUDED AskEllen draws from Ellen White's major published works, including: • Steps to Christ • The Desire of Ages • The Great Controversy • Patriarchs and Prophets • Prophets and Kings • The Acts of the Apostles • Thoughts from the Mount of Blessing • Christ's Object Lessons • The Ministry of Healing • Education • Testimonies for the Church, Volumes 1–9
FEATURES • Ask anything — faith, health, prophecy, Scripture, or everyday Christian living • Every answer includes citations back to the original source material • Full conversation history, so you can pick up where you left off • Share individual answers, whole conversations, or a highlighted passage with others • Sign in with Google or email, or explore as a guest
WHO IT'S FOR Whether you're a lifelong student of Ellen White's writings, new to the Seventh-day Adventist tradition, or simply curious what she wrote on a particular topic, AskEllen makes her body of work easier to search, read, and understand — without ever losing the connection back to her original words.
AskEllen is an independent project built for the Seventh-day Adventist community and is not an official publication of the Ellen G. White Estate.
