I couldn't complete my registration, got stuck at verification of phone number, it keeps saying verification of phone number failed. I can't proceed. Emailed Support, and it is over 5 days now, no response from them. I am highly disappointed.

The app repeatedly crashes during tasks, or the tasks don’t load at all. This wastes my time and prevents me from completing work I was approved to do. Users should be paid for the time spent attempting tasks when the app is responsible for the failure. It’s unfair to penalize us for issues caused by the app’s instability.

I joined Askable in April, and during my first few months, my experience was very positive. I regularly received studies that matched my profile, especially those related to education, and the platform worked well. However, since around June 11, everything changed. I still see studies on my dashboard and continue to apply for them, but I never receive any follow-up. I don't get notified whether I qualify or don't qualify, and I never receive invitations to participate. It's Annoying
