They are lied to me about VRI interpreter available after I was make appointment with them because I am deaf. I decide to cancel everything immediately and walk out. They make me waste my time to come over there for nothing. I did tell them I willing write papers with them, and they said no we have VRI interpreter available here.

THEY BILL INCORRECTLY. I PAID EVERY TIME FOR EVERY SERVICE, AFTER THOUSANDS, THEY STILL SENT $28 THEY FORGOT 2 CHARGE 2 A COLLECTION AGENCY!!! THEY TOOK A CAST FOR DENTURES WAY BEFORE MY TEETH WERE PULLED SO MY DENTURES NEVER FIT BECAUSE THEIR HACK DESTROYED MY JAW, BONE FRAGMENTS STILL. THEY LEFT ME IN THE WAITING ROOM 4 HOURS AFTER MY APOINT, AFTER WAITING, BEING BUMPED TO THE BACK OF THE LINE, A "DENTAL ASST. ACTUALLY PUSHED ME OUT. I PUSHED BACK UNTIL THEY REALIZED ALL I WANTED A MASK!!!

Uninstalled! I have an Aspen Dental account that I CAN access via their website. The Aspen Dental Events app, which should allow the same login & pw, shows 'Login or password is incorrect' The only option is 'OK'. (Is this app legit?!)

Horrible. Keeps giving a log in error even though my user and password is correct. I am able to log into my account on a browser, so I know my info is correct.
