- Import your assets list, sites, locations and other existing data into Asset Trail to help speed up the asset tracking process - Instantly Create or Edit assets on the go - Take pictures of your assets as you Create or Edit them - Define the designated locations and other relevant information of assets - Keep track of loan and/or possessions of assets with the Check Out and Check In functions - Track the movements of assets with the Move function to ensure all movements between sites and locations are recorded - Perform daily, monthly, yearly Audits (StockTake) to ensure assets are in their designated locations where they’re supposed to be - Backup and restore data at your fingertips. Ability to copy the backup files onto other devices to help streamline the management of assets
