I used this platform for some time, but my experience was very disappointing. They promise to assign a Relationship Manager (RM), but the RM had very limited knowledge and was unable to resolve queries properly. The company also has a support ticket system, but unfortunately it seems completely inactive. Queries remain unresolved, and no one contacts you for proper support or follow-up. If you are planning to join this platform, my personal suggestion would be to think carefully before join.

In the beginning I felt this company was a good platform for conduct MF and insurance business but my experience has been anything but pleasant. RM's keep changing every alternate month for a partner which makes it difficult to develop a rapport. The RM's are unresponsive when you need them. Insurance webinars are held frequently but absolutely zero support when business has been brought. Totally dissatisfied as a partner.
