Shame you can't do negative ratings No contacts for support when having simple problems disappointing can an acct be reset? Why can't I add renewed tickets? Why can't I update my profile important aspects for an app like this but once you have tried the basic fixes, turn off on uninstallation reinstall ect. Who do you turn to? There are no contact us options unless I'm blind but when having problems with an app and after trying everything a basic tech support agent would do who do you turn to?

Terrible app. Crashes all the time. Very, very slow to load and uploading photos is nearly impossible.

Seriously frustrating, after filling out a form which I do daily the app crashes and only way to fix is deleted app and reinstall. Pathetic app and support are far from helpful. Always your fault not theirs
