For all the technology impaired people let me help you out. You have to go into your current assure link app and remove your internet gateway from your account so the 10 digit number on the gateway is free to be activated. You then create a new account at MyQ ( the blue app) and get up and registered. After you confirm your registration you log in and add a device. add an internet gateway from the choices. Use the ID number that is on the back of the internet gateway itself. it is the top number, not the serial number. You add the device, Name it, and then add it as a garage opener for home, not the commercial one. Then you go to the opener on the next step and press your learn button ( Usually round and yellow) one time when app requests it. Light will flash one time, and you should get a link successful notification on the app. You are then good to go. This is a good thing, because if you are even smarter ( Like Myself) you can now add your Garage door to the Amazon Key app, and get your packages delivered to the inside of your garage while you are away. Keeps the degenerates from stealing your SH*$ off your porch. You are all welcome for my help with this matter, I never liked the assure link anyway, so this is a good thing!!

Read reviews here to find best way to transition my 2017 Craftsman wifi opener to myQ app. The link was not working. I deleted opener off of this apps Hub. Setup myQ app, went to Overhead Opener pic in myQ app and tapped to get started. The learn button on the wall unit didn't work so I followed steps to climb up ladder to opener. Push the yellow button 3x. Since it was now unlinked from other account it recognized it fast. App didn't require any numbers other than wifi password using this route.

As of today I stopped receiving alerts and a notification to migrate to MyQ. This isn't working. When I tap the button to "Move to myQ" I get the following error: There was an error connecting to the server. Please check your connection and try again.
