This app is a waste of time! Whenever this app stops working for whatever reason, I become backed up and makes my work day MUCH more difficult. I Enjoyed my job until this became an extra duty... We DO NOT HAVE TIME for this!! Suggestions: Pre-populated information should be added with every attempted post scan. Vehicle damage for post scan unnecessary after repair. Pre scan should answer that! Please take out suggestions. We do not have the time for this.

Every time I try to remotely scan a vehicle I'll fill in all the required information and try to submit the request only to have the app say "Something went wrong" - this requires me to unplug the tool, fill in the required information again and then submit it again. It is the most annoying thing and time-consuming. Please fix!

Terrible! Every scan takes at least 30 min and for a commission tech it's a complete waist of time I spend at least an hour cycling the car on and off oh and make sue you have a 40 kg Weight for the seat sensor the cheapest scans in the business
