I've tried several different VPNs while in China and this is the first that I have used to successfully connect to government sites, i.e. IRS, SSA. I'll be interested in seeing my successful with casting livestreams from my phone to my Chinese TV.

I have a subscription since 2019 because I work overseas (China) but recently using As trill became a hassle. Connecting to country servers, like open web, stealth and wireguard are weak or don't connect at all. If It's connected, you'll have a just several mbs speed, so there is where the struggle comes in changing country servers. I might consider not renewing next time if the problem still occurs.

As trill is Dead. Don't buy this VPN for China it's not working anymore. Bought a two-year subscription and it's gone down the drain.

I've purchased an As trill subscription for over 5 years to use in China and have experienced some ups and downs in service, but nothing compares to how awful the service has become in the recent month. It's almost literally unusable. Anytime I want to use YouTube, Reddit, or even a simple Google search I have to work through server after server trying various connection types for up to 30 minutes at a time. It's beyond frustrating, and I'm so close to canceling my subscription which runs til 2026
