Gimbals is great, amazing design, easy to use and really robust. However, the app is the total opposite. Very limited functions and not the greatest of menu layouts. The tutorials are disappointing for a large organization such as Asus. The Hyperlapse function also crashes the app when you start to record on Android. Contacted support via email over 1 week ago with no response. Please can you resolve. Thanks.

I am really disappointed about the AI tracking performance...it is totally not up to AI standard nowadays. When I put the gimbals on the floor, it keeps looking down to the floor and lose of tracking eventually and never come back up. Even I hold it up, it keeps losing tracking so often. I wish I would update my rating from future software update. But Asus better look at what other company can do now... (Insta360 for example)

The App keeps stopping whenever you select to take a video or a photo. Basically it is useless.
