Its fast, it's good. But i don't really like the UI. It feels old, taking a long time to reach a file, and sometimes buggy. The UI itself works well for older people. But for me, it's feel old and time-consuming.

CHINESE JUNK! Upgraded to 1 TB storage but phone only shows old 500 GB storage available. Unable to back up phone using this platform. Phone app will only upload 3.0 GB of photos. Will not upload anymore; not even new photos. Will not upload or even offer to upload any other files. Noticed NO 5-star reviews; all 1 and 2 stars. Now I see why. Customer service tells everyone to delete then reinstall Asus app to correct their problems. I tried that and nothing changed. Just wasted $17.95.

Did not enjoy my experience with Asus Web Storage - Cloud Drive. Purchased a subscription which portrayed 100 GB per day of available downloads. Could not even download 1 GB of data per day. I wanted to back up my files from the cloud, however they make it impossible to get your files in a timely manner. They throttle the downloads, so you can't retrieve your files, then try to charge your for another service to retrieve your files. I will never use ASUS Web Storage again.
