Its fast, it's good. But i don't really like the UI. It feels old, taking a long time to reach a file, and sometimes buggy. The UI itself works well for older people. But for me, it's feel old and time-consuming.

Edit:- After uninstalling and reinstalling the app problem got solved. Speeds on PC application also seems to have improved. That the service is from a reputed brand like ASUS helps to instill faith in its future prospects although currently the service is subpar. Google Drive and One Drive are better. Please Improve it fast. Old:- ASUS your web storage app is not good. It is not reliable and every time I use it I face problems. Please improve it. Google Drive on the other hand is very good.

One of the best cloud storage app, the only requirement I request is to let the user know about in which devices the user logged in and to let user terminate the existing session in other device.

Started using this ASUS when cloud storage came with an Asus laptop and have found it simple to use. Tried the app on my mobile and have been using it fine, although a little bit hit a miss with uploads at times. However, recently have been experiencing issues with it freezing, and then it just stopped working and wouldn't load at all. Had to uninstall and re-install which was a pain.

Horrible user interface and app doesn't work. I am a paid customer for 1 TB storage. Using the mobile app, I can't upload folders but only files. Means if I have my photos on multiple folders, the app combined all the uploads into one single folder. Horrible. Then uploads are failing regularly saying "upload failed" with reason "File is either not exist or has been deleted". Looks like I have to keep the phone and app ON all the time for then uploads to work, they can't upload in background
