AT&T Secure Family® parent app

★★★★★ The app for the most part has given me peace of mind for when my daughter started driving. We live in an area where people drive like maniacs, and it is good to know that I can look and see where my daughter is at. The app is accurate most times, but sometimes it puts her in a field a body of water or a random cemetery (all those times she was not there) so I would say it's close to location but no cigar!

★★★★★ It has helped me keep track of my son on day's he wanted to stay after school for activities or go to the Boy's & Girl's club after school. It shows me the address of exactly where he's at (as long as he has his phone on him of course) It's also helped us locate his phone when he forgot it at school or thought he lost it, and it showed it was at home. You can add several people within your family that you can all see the location of each other, set time's for where they should be, and more. GREAT

★★★★★ Protecting my child to the best of my abilities and teaching him how to be and get safe.

★★☆☆☆ The old app never worked that well, but with this update I had high hopes. My daughter's VPN kept shutting off. I finally got it to stay on, but now my app says not responding. Her location is on....but it won't track. I have had her restart....nothing. Update: July 2024 app still doesn't work. Location keeps saying leaving home when they leave any location. I have been paying 8 a month for nothing. I will be deleting.

★★☆☆☆ It's a shame I can't give zero stars. It took my kid 5 minutes to uninstall the VPN and render the app useless. And it apparently doesn't work on anything in a secure folder. Unbelievable that they charge money for this.
