The app doesn't respond to the VB ID app. I successfully approved the login request on the VB ID app but the house banking app doesn't receive it. Very disappointing! Please fix this asap! Communication problems like this make the whole VB app world useless!!

Wish the app interface was available in English for people like me. Strange because the website for online banking is available in English, but not the app... One star for that.

App not working. Always showing "Verbindungsproblem". Not just in my phone but also in different accounts of my Parents smartphones as well!
