It takes a long time to log in. It takes too long to go through the necessary steps to make a transfer, and in the end it doesn’t even go through. The design is better, but that’s the only improvement. The old app was faster and more efficient. The new website is also too slow when it comes to logging in and navigation. And transfers don’t go through there either.

Unreliable app. Biggest mistake is switching to ATB. I will switch to another bank since I rely heavily on online features and services.

This is the worst app I have ever seen in my life, and the worst bank. You should have kept the old application — it was much better. We used to know exactly what was in our account and could easily view withdrawals, deposits, and transfers. Now we basically can’t do anything. We can’t even access the app properly because it doesn’t work at all. Your services are extremely poor and are rapidly getting worse.
