★★★★★ Very convenient to order and timely delivery. Rates are also very reasonable with quality products.

★★☆☆☆ What's surprising is the order comes from their Warehouse and not the selected Accost outlet in a Sector and their warehouse is not completely stacked with products. Many products are not on d app and when you visit their store everything is there. Quality of product delivered varies .over ripe / under ripe, insect infested. MGMT needs to look into it.

★★☆☆☆ Accost has made it a practice to send the worst quality products possible to send. I almost never get anything fresh anymore OR on time. If I pick an 8-11 am slot, delivery is not going to happen until afternoon. If I order biscuits, they're nearly always crushed. Egg trays have at least 2-3 broken eggs. Today they sent me one pack of biscuits, MRP 30 but actually a 10 rupee packet. I have no energy to run after their customer care for a 20 rupee refund. But I NEVER want to deal with accost again

★★☆☆☆ Their weighing system is a big problem. Most of the time the quality of vegetables is low.

★★☆☆☆ Usually it provides cod option, but now it is not available to further all items are not visible. Nowadays everyone is doing free delivery but accost is charging besides high price
