The app UX is really very bad. Non-technical users will go crazy, just waiting for SMS/OTP to land and then login. Even after entering correct username and pwd it was not allowing to log in. Finally, managed after 2–3 days. The fee payment section redirects to feepayr website, which again has a cumbersome OTP process (OTP takes multiple attempts to arrive) to make payment and uses some 3rd party PG and also ends up charging users around 7Rs for UPI and 23 Rs for internet banking modes of payment.

Not allowing credit card or debit card for fee payment only allows UPI Earlier credit card payments was allowed app vendor is charging heavy conveyance fee. App UI and performance wise very bad seems like created by group of freshers or internship students.

Worst app ever downloaded app for school fees payment. Always saying "invalid username and password". Very disappointed. Still not able to log in.
