This is everything I want in a food journaling app. No calorie or macro tracking. This is focused on *how* and *why* you eat throughout the day, and how the food is making you feel. Tracking with Ate allows you to tap into the things that matter, so you aren't doomed to weighing your food and stressing about calories for the rest of your life. I recommend it to anyone who feels they benefit from some form of tracking but want to let go of the rigidity.

Great app for staying on track and only taking pictures of food. I don't care for logging calories, this is much better and still keeps me on track for eating healthier.

You can't even use it without paying for a subscription. They have a free trial for one week though.

I have to pay just to take pictures of my food?? I can do that for free with me camera. Waste of time, there's no free version of the app
