You are supposed to earn money you are not able to earn extra rewards without verifying your account which costs money. I wanted to play a game to win money not to pay money in.

This game is too confusing. Too much at one time not enough explanation of game, earnings and over all ease of use is terrible. Tutorials are a mess. You need an advanced degree to play this game, or it needs better explanations of what and how to earn as well as how to get paid from it. So confusing. It is a shame. This game has great graphics and I would really like to be part of it but needs more explanations more videos on how to use this game. I don't have much experience.

My game could not be opened. So I uninstalled it then reinstalled it. But all my game progress was lost totally. I don't want to start all over again. How do I retrieve my game for this email? There is no option in the start of game to enter my email to continue with the game progress.
