My experience at Athletico was amazing, I was having some knee pain and decided to see if Physical therapy would be helpful and help relieve the pain. My therapist Lauren set up a program and took the best care of me and was very knowledgeable of her skill as a Physical therapist. I liked that I was an important person in the program and watched my every move so that I was not hurting myself or pushing myself to hard and not making progress. Consistency, strength and perseverance are the goal.

My experience was great working with my Therapist "Sara" 3 day a week for the past 8 weeks. She communicated her plan based off the Doctors orders for my post op Microdiscectomy surgery. I got some good exercises that helped strengthen my "Core" to get back on my feet. The whole Staff is very kind and caring. Thank you, Abbie, Sofia, Hannah, Cody and Kelsey for all you did during my Therapy to assist Sara. I highly recommend Physical Therapy there. Thank you

Mediocre app that leads to charges. If you go to a Athletico affiliated PT they will encourage you to use the app, but they don't mention after so many interactions, they bill your insurance, which means you get copay and/or coinsurance charges. Complete scam, they didn't disclose there was a charge....to use a mediocre app.

I logged into this app once so far during the 1.5 months I've been doing PT this summer, and I just found out that I got charged a lot of money for doing so. Called the billing office, and they said they charge each time I logged in to see any exercises listed. Absolutely ridiculous to charge for that without warning. I am deleting this app immediately!

Garbage audio. Last videos drop audio, so I never get a cue to change exercise. Am I supposed to strap my phone to my face? My hands are a little busy doing PHYSICAL THERAPY!
