My experience at Athletico was amazing, I was having some knee pain and decided to see if Physical therapy would be helpful and help relieve the pain. My therapist Lauren set up a program and took the best care of me and was very knowledgeable of her skill as a Physical therapist. I liked that I was an important person in the program and watched my every move so that I was not hurting myself or pushing myself to hard and not making progress. Consistency, strength and perseverance are the goal.

I don't like apps that are forced on you without a website and worse when you are FORCED to accept text notifications in order JUST to get your damned exercises. y'all need to put this stuff in patient portal.

Garbage audio. Last videos drop audio, so I never get a cue to change exercise. Am I supposed to strap my phone to my face? My hands are a little busy doing PHYSICAL THERAPY!

Mediocre app that leads to charges. If you go to a Athletico affiliated PT they will encourage you to use the app, but they don't mention after so many interactions, they bill your insurance, which means you get copay and/or coinsurance charges. Complete scam, they didn't disclose there was a charge....to use a mediocre app.
