8 yrs Now Your app absolutely sucks you put video from early inotvrwal time. Everything is up-to-date I got kidnapped during a scheduled recording I was human trafficked and beat horribly. Had you not been playing same video from morning? Empty living room and at least recorded video at the scheduled time I would have been found, and they would see what happened. I should hold you liable the whole app is for in case something happens I could have been warned someone was there. Its B.S

The App never auto records anything and only one camera linked (of two) works in remote viewing (the other just buffers endlessly despite being right next to router or with actual mobile data enabled). The motion alerts as well as scheduling ARE enabled to allow recording in addition to the relevant permissions and power settings. Why would one pay for this if the free version is so bad at demonstrating even the most basic purposes of such an app?

What is an awesome service until they decided to charge for everything, and they steal your content and post it publicly online and sell to third parties so do not trust or use this app as it has changed effective 2024 and is now useless and a complete rip-off skimming tool

App is very good bt. After 10 minutes the screen turns off many times, and then it says disconnected, and the other person shows offline. It doesn't seem right. It is so complicated. There is no customer support. All the settings are visible online. Please provide contect number, or contect email ID also please help us
