★★★★★ I do like the convenience of paying my electric bill without having to leave my home or buy stamps. I'm not that fond of the convenience fee, but I guess it is what is. Everybody seems to charge extra for "convenience", even if I pay my bill at the local Walmart, they charge a "convenience fee". 🤷‍♀️

★★★★★ The new version of this app is is 1000 times better than the original version. It is super easy to use, and it saves my information so I don't have to get my card out every time I pay my bill. Looking up my usage and any other detail from my bill is very easy too.

★★☆☆☆ My girlfriend and I have been staying/working at her apartment during the week (her emenities are included in rent) and come to my apartment for the balcony and to relax. While I'm away a max of 5 things are left on, these are things like the fridge, the microwave ect... lately its been so rainy or cold we end up staying at hers to avoid the weather. I check my bill for May '21 and it was $104! Called and they told me it was ESTIMATED! Warch out for this company!

★★☆☆☆ Everytime there is a power outage and I go to report it on the app, it always says can't process error. And calling it in is no better and same goes for the website itself.

★★☆☆☆ Don't bother with this app! It deserves a minus 5 star. Three months I have tried getting in and I still get "Sign in Error". I have yet to see what the app is about! I have changed my password countless times and still nothing! This app has got to be the most aggravating app out there! 😡
