I HATE this new app. Plain and Simple, it sucks. It's constantly telling me it can not deposit checks for dating errors, when there are NO dating errors. Either that or it tells me to write, "for mobile deposit" even though I have clearly written "for mobile deposit." It's difficult to use, having to manipulate multiple screens just to get to something simple. Please either fix this one or go back to the old app.

Not user-friendly. Go back to your old one. A 10-year-old could use that one with no confusion. And the app won't close down without using phone resource to shut it down. Not a fan.....🤐 But I do love Atlantic Union Bank.🤗

Well I was aggravated with the hole merging process because it took 2 months before I was able to log in they merged my business accounts with my personal, and it was just a mess. As for the app, haven't yet used it long enough to form an opinion

May 2025 - this version of the app is not as aesthetic or navigable. I cannot see how to schedule or cancel recurring payments. On the dashboard my account balance display is jumbled together, so the balance text is slightly on top of the name of the account. The layout and text are not as easy to read as previous versions.
