Update: Atlas team has sincerely worked on their app and process. I get my visas only through Atlas now. Much recommend Thumbs up 👍 --- while my visa process was smooth, was getting timely updates and was on time. The app is having glitch and additionally customer service is horrible as the ladies don't understand the issue.

This app will provide Visa service to travel to various countries. I have used it for getting visa to Egypt. They have provided Egypt Visa and asked to take Meet & greet service which is Mandatory to enter through Giza SPX airport which costs USD 160 for 2 persons. After making payment and reached to Egypt and found that Atlas team has cheated me. No one is available at SPX airport to provide Meet & greet service. I have to struggle on my own to get out of immigration. Pls be careful with this

I really don't understand why they provide services for Schengen Visa when they are not capable. For me, they postponed the documentation till the last moment in spite of multiple requests and said that it is their policy, and then they made a mistake with my name. There is no chance anyone can successfully get a Schengen Visa with them. Their support team is hopeless and will not respond on time. They will only respond if you keep sending emails. Also, they won't refund even though they advertise.
