Though I have applied for different dates - 14 Aug to 12 Oct, but I got for 6th to 4th . Now I have to come back early. What a headache. I received the Visa in a single day. Edit-The CC service executive offered help, cancelled my previous visa&helped me apply for a 60 day visa. Since the mistake was from the app, they waived their~₹4K service charge. Within 3 days, everything was handled by them, I got my visa & landed safely. THANK U, Atlyse! Without your call, I wouldn’t have realized.

*Read the fine print* is the rule. You read official return policy of "we will refund you if the visa is late". You trust the delivery estimate, pay x2 for the express processing. In the end, the visa is late, you try to request a refund. The agent answers "you need to have AtlysProtect", which you cannot find anywhere. Just on some pages with info after you google specifically for it. In the end: no visa, no refund, "screw you, read the small letters" from the customer support. Never again.

Very disappointing experience with Atlas. I applied for my Canada visas in Dec 2025, and the app promised a decision before Jan 21. After submitting everything, updates were slow and generic. After 4 months, they asked for my bank balance, and later my father’s as well. Customer support took 5–7 days to reply to every email. Very poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend Atlas.

Update: At the VFS counter I was given a list of docs Atlas did not add in the docket. I redid it all in 30 mins by paying an agency outside. Worst experience ever. They didn't even validate their docket against checklist. My docket had 6 missing docs. Better to manage the application yourself. Unhelpful Responses:Incomplete, and lacked accountability. Rework need: I had to redo almost all of my docket before appointment day and after docs review inside again.
