Overall, I had a very good experience with the Saudi visa application process. The application process and document arrangement were helpful and convenient. However, the customer support response time was longer than expected, and there was some confusion regarding appointment dates and the next steps. One of the frauds company think twice to book any visa, I booked Egypt multi entry visa, first seven days they have not processed my visa by saying that I have my existing application, so they can't proceed but after 7 days when it deleted by system, next 7 days they told egypt site is down, so they are not able to do payment, after multiple follow they provided one visa on arrival even I paid for multi entry visa. And they have not refunded any amount as well. They are really non-trustable.

New people isko download na kare .8ye bade haramkhor hai. Koi inki service use na kare. Jinko harassment kiya hai inke pilaf consumer court me case file karo ye log fees leke HUD cancel kar dete hai or bolte hai cancel pe refund nahi hota hai.sabse kharab customer service hai. Jayada see Jada account delete karo.
