Update - Received a call from Atulys, explained well about the process and also extended support for future. Thanks for the swift action. Much appreciated. Facing issue with visa, but agent tells me to contact another service provider. When I called the no. given on the website, the AI agent tells me that it will connect me with a human and then disconnect the call. Such a bad experience

Very disappointing experience with Atlas. I applied for my Canada visas in Dec 2025, and the app promised a decision before Jan 21. After submitting everything, updates were slow and generic. After 4 months, they asked for my bank balance, and later my father’s as well. Customer support took 5–7 days to reply to every email. Very poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend Atlas.

Scam alert!!!!!! They already have my passport details and my previous travel records. They knew about cooling period for visiting Dubai which I didn't. Still they tried processing my visa again promised me 3 days visa lost my money too. They show steps of visa processing and give false hope which in reality is not happening Already cut my ties with this company. If anybody doubts this review must see their latest reviews. Please choose any other agents who are well established.

Update: At the VFS counter I was given a list of docs Atlas did not add in the docket. I redid it all in 30 mins by paying an agency outside. Worst experience ever. They didn't even validate their docket against checklist. My docket had 6 missing docs. Better to manage the application yourself. Unhelpful Responses:Incomplete, and lacked accountability. Rework need: I had to redo almost all of my docket before appointment day and after docs review inside again.
