⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm Furman Ahmed Khan, and I had a very good experience with Atlas. My visa was delayed a little, but I know that can happen sometimes. The best part was their customer support. So far experience has been good for Tanzania Visa and help support provided. For UK Visa, facing some issues with uploading of documents and getting help support. I feel app interface should be further improved for a smoother experience. The Help Support team should be quicker to update and responsive.

Editing to 1 *. They have wasted my time and money because they sat on my documents forever. I didn't pay 5k extra for them to just sit put and wait for me to escalate. I have lost so much time, and they are in no way helping expedite it despite THEIR negligence. Too much delay from their side. They only started moving on my application after I escalated, and they downplayed the whole thing. There was no accountability. Just same templatised answers while ignoring all the glaring setbacks.

Terrible experience applying for a Pakistan visa. The app lets you submit just a photo and passport scan, tells you everything is fine, and asks you to pay — only AFTER payment does it reveal all the additional documentation actually required. This should be verified upfront, not after you've already paid. When the application couldn't go through, I asked for a refund multiple times. Atlas refuses cash refunds entirely and only offers credits. Those credits are effectively unusable for me.

Avoid them Their team is pretty substandard and got my Schengen visa rejected because of their substandard processes twice they just try to sell you visas for different countries. It's better you do everything on your own.
