Description
A simple tax calculator. If you have been offered a new job, been given a yearly rate and want to calculate what will end up in your pocket then this app is for you. Also, maybe you know what you get paid each fortnight but need to calculate your yearly gross income, then again, this app is for you. It doesn't take into account the 100 or so questions a tax advisor would ask, but gives a basic PAYG assumption based on the current Australian Tax Office tax tables. Type values into any field and it will calculate the others.

Don't bother-it won't let you use that app before ads pop up and harass you

Pretty average app. Considering what it's supposed to do is calculate tax payable from wage given. And what it actually gives you is incorrect figures. If you are an employer using this app to calculate your wages, you need to ditch it asap or beware the lynching at tax time when your employees get a poor return or a bill because you haven't done your bit properly. That, and annoying full page ads pop up every time you make a calculation. I'd highly recommend using the official ATO app, at least the calculators actually calculate accurately.
