Dear Team Thank you for fixing my problem in the same day. You are doing a great job. I hv registered my details in yr device at Atria Shopping Mall. Today I'm download Atria Mall app. I'm tried to log in mobile app but it has shown my IC no register in yr system. Then, I'm tried to create as new user, but my phone number has been registered in yr system. Pls help.

Everything seems ok. reset password must be through email. Reset through sms doesn't seems to work. Good customer service tho 👍🏽

Not able to scan using camera. Insist on allowing camera and storage permission, but there's no way I can allow storage permission in Samsung phone setting. Email the team few times no one replied. Atria concierge staff advised to take image first, then upload. It works initially, but not able to submit now, kept giving error "fill all parameters"which I've already done!!! Really a poor app.

They need to know that receipts should be processed within 48 hours instead of 2 working days. Some people scan the receipts on midnight of the 3rd day (ie past 12am) but still within the time frame of 48 hours and still get rejected on grounds of the date not passing the requirements. One utama allows receipt processing with dates ranging within 1 week. Seriously they need to be a bit sensible and considerate with points awards to customers or customers would find other alternatives in town.
