Attendance ATEASE

Attendance ATEASE records who is at work, where they are, and what it adds up to at the end of the month.

Staff punch in and out from their own Android phone with a selfie and a location. The office sees the day as it happens from any browser, and the month already totalled when payroll asks for it.

WHAT EMPLOYEES DO
• Punch in and out with a selfie — two taps, twice a day
• Unlock with a fingerprint; it never leaves the phone
• Say why they are stepping out: day end, personal, or company work
• Record visits while out on official work — place, address, notes
• Take breaks, so official hours stay honest
• Ask for leave or a day at home, and see the answer on their phone
• See their own month: days present, leave taken, hours worked

WHAT THE OFFICE GETS
• Today at a glance — who is in, who is out, who is on official work
• The attendance register, ready to hand to payroll
• Late arrivals, early departures, absences, visits
• Leave and work-from-home approvals in one place
• A morning email with yesterday's figures and anything waiting on a decision
• Exports to Excel and PDF, or a direct connection to your payroll software

BUILT FOR FIELD WORK
Engineers, drivers and sales staff are not at a desk. They punch from wherever the job is, record the stops they make, and the time is counted properly. Office staff can be held to the office; field staff need not be.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT RECORDS
Location is read when somebody punches and when they record a visit. Not in between, and not in the background — the app has no way to follow anybody around. Selfies are kept with the punch so a day can be checked later, and the office can clear old ones.

A flag — a punch outside the office, a face that did not match — is a question put in front of a person, never an automatic deduction.

WHAT IT IS NOT
It is not payroll. It produces the attendance figures payroll needs and exports them; it does not calculate salary or statutory returns.

NEEDS AN ACCOUNT
This app is used by staff of a company that subscribes to Attendance ATEASE. Your office registers you and gives you the details to sign in. It cannot be used on its own.
