Attendance Tracker & Salary

Attendance Tracker turns your phone into the daily muster roll for the people who work for you. Mark who turned up, let the app work out what each of them has earned, and hand over a clear payment report at the end of the month — with no internet connection needed.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Attendance
• Mark present, absent, overtime or week off in one tap
• Half day, full day, day and a half, or double day
• Go back and correct any day, any time

Salary and advances
• Set a daily, weekly or monthly rate for each worker
• Overtime charged at the rate you set for that person
• Record advances and see exactly what is left to pay

Your workers
• Unlimited workers, with photo, phone number and wage
• Add someone straight from your phone contacts
• Keep separate sites or businesses in separate accounts

Reports
• A month per worker: days worked, overtime and week offs
• Wages, overtime and advances down to the net payable
• Export a PDF and share it on WhatsApp or by email

Cashbook
• Record what comes in and what goes out
• Income, expenses and balance, month by month

Backup and restore
• Encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it leaves your phone
• Automatic backups, with a history to restore from
• Move to a new phone without losing a single day

Built for the field
• Works with no internet connection
• Workers, attendance and payments stay on your device
• Lock the app behind your fingerprint or face
• 20 languages and 40 currencies
