Find this easy enough to use however on my training there is one part that won't complete saying that wrong format or network problems but that does not make sense as I have been able to complete all the other tasks, very frustrating as I need this done and only have access to my phone. Please help

The worst "training" experience I have ever used! Bad quizes, AI nonsense and the modules don't even train you, they quiz you expecting you should know the answer already. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

Literally doesn't work. Did not work on PC, did not work on the store issued tablet, forces 2fa sms authentication on login, and takes a minimum of 10 full minutes to send the text. I can't fathom why any company would use this service. It regularly crashes if you can log in, so you have to do 2fa over and over. Has delayed my onboarding by 48 hours now, two full work days of me twiddling my thumbs while the manager tried to get it to work. This is the least efficient I've ever felt in my life.

Glitchy and slow, animations are poor, people face in animation are disturbing. I was forced by my company to take "Safe Ramadan" training (although I'm atheist by myself) but this app always stop working in the middle of the last stage of the "game" and I can't get my certification. Terrible experience!
