After a lengthy and confusing installation process, the app magically loadEd as if by random occurrence. During installation where I loaded the app from my multiservice subscription, setup kept asking for a PIN pr for me to purchase a subscription. I had the same problem with ree other devices and got the same result. In all cases, after more iterations than I can count, the app magically worked. Almost, After an initial scan, the tells you action is required for various elements, but selecting setup always Opened up an "Accessibility" page which contains nothing related to the primary functions of 360. So the 360 setup remains incomplete and there in absolutely no clear path to completing setup. At this point, I think this app is pure fiction, and I seriously doubt if it's providing the protection that it claims.

The app is okay.... Anytime I order for curbside pickup the app never updates when my order is ready to let me click the "I'm here" button. So then I end up having to go inside anyway and the app leaves my order as "pending" even though it's been completed. If I do the doordash option through the app, it doesn't give me my points for my order and I can't contact my door dasher like you can if you order directly through doordash. This app is okay overall, but definitely has bugs that need fixed!
