★★★★★ I have bought many properties through this app. Sometimes it takes a while to a long time to close, but that's not the auction's fault it's the courthouse in which the properties located. So if you're looking to save a lot of money I recommend them highly.

★★★★★ Need to display the reserve price before the auction starts. As home prices start to fall, a lot of the auctions I've kept up with never got to the reserve price. Because of the time and money for title searches, we as investors lose interest. Too many foreclosures and sites to get hung up on high opening bids and not displaying the reserve price. Currently, buying more just on another app. Correct these and have a member for life.

★★★★★ The app is very useful and supplies investors with current information. Most of the reviews are from people that haven't purchased foreclosures. This app is the best and most helpful app for true investors. I have been investor for 20 years and own over 50 properties. If you don't love this app it's only because you aren't aware of the foreclosures process. This is the most informative app on true foreclosures on the net.

★★☆☆☆ They should require more information (such as who to contact directly about the auction minimum ahead of time) from whoever posts the auction. Usually contacts and information are unavailable and very spotty. I've gone to places planning on bidding and the auction didn't even happen, or the minimum bid was as much as a new effing house

★★☆☆☆ When I zoom out on the map and hit the "search this area button" the app erases all properties from the map and says "no properties found".

★★☆☆☆ Worked before, but now can't view listings in the app keeps trying to force opening in the website. Also, properties don't show up unless zoomed way out, despite being over areas with listings.

★★☆☆☆ You can search an area, and click on a property. The property link rarely opens the property page. What's the point of a mobile app that you can't use on your mobile device?

★★☆☆☆ This app listed several properties to bid on and claimed they were in person and online. I decided to go in person and not a single one of the homes they claimed were for sale were an option at the live in person auction.

★★☆☆☆ The estimated retail value is a joke! Anybody with half a brain and can do a competitive market analysis can see that the two values aren't even close. DO NOT trust the retail value on the site! Do your research. This would be a fantastic app if the value was projected accurately.
