★★☆☆☆ You might as well have introduced it in Martian. It installed in Korean and switched on Chinese and I feel the English language has been abolished. Give me the choice of language before taking me for a ride

★★☆☆☆ Search engine sucks. Many product name in korean or product code didn't make any matches, but if you look at the item list it is there and will you found after hours of surfing.

★★☆☆☆ Worst online shopping!!! They need to update their apps. Automatically logging out even you set it to auto log in, and you can't log in back using kakao, and they have nothing to do with it even you called thousand times. Also, you should hire at least 1 costumer service who can speak even poor English coz we all know half of the population here are foreigners (I'm a bit exaggerated, but foreigners are a lot here as we know)
