The books are great but Audible is incredibly frustrating to use. For me, reading and listening are separate experiences, but Audible couldn't care less about your preferences. I have changed my settings to ask it not to sync the two, yet once again, I go to resume the book I was looking forward to all week on my only day off and have to spend forever finding my place because it took me 22 chapters back to a quote I dared to look up on my Kindle a few days ago.

I enjoy listening to books on this app/ service. But policies and membership is terrible. I paid for a title in cash. It sucked, I didn't enjoy it. I DID NOT finish it. So, because I didn't purchase it with a "credit" I can't return it? Terrible policy, especially for members. I have been a member off and mostly on for 10 years. Its $35 for 3 credits. So because im poor and can't do 3 credits at once and the fact that I paid cash shouldn't make my purchase any less important.

You removed clips and notes from within the title player menu, and now it's only accesablr from the library menu which of course you have to have reception to load, and I live in an area with bad cell reception, so I can't access my bookmarks making it a pain in the acces to go back to where I left off. Bring clips and notes back into the player menu!
