I was having disconnect issues at the gym. I reached out to Audio Fetch, and together we found one setting that should fix the problem I was having, disconnect after 1 minute. See Settings - Audio Fetch - app info - App battery usage - Allow background usage - Unrestricted Allow battery usage in background. May use more battery.

Excellent Customer Support! Recently I called Audio Fetch customer service and over the course of a week or two, Tim communicated with several people at my gym where I was having trouble connecting to Audi Fetch. On occasion, Tim would let me know what was going on. Tim's doing that is gold. Tim is friendly, he's knowledgeable, and he's concerned about the resolution of the problem. Only rarely have I encountered someone with all of these attributes. He is a huge asset to Audio Fetch.

We have been using Audio Fetch in our church for a year, and it has been working great! We primarily use it as an assisted hearing device for our elderly people. Most of their hearing aides connect directly to their phone via Bluetooth which means all they ahve to do is connect into our Wi-Fi and adjust the volume!

It doesn't work, for the most part. L would like to crunch fitness to look into other providers, audio fetch stinks. L was told by staff here at the gym they're waiting on a part, it's been over 40 days

Garbage. Installed so my Mom could listen to a play (we were relying on the fact that they supposedly had this app you could listen through). No sources were found, even though we were on the Wi-Fi as prescribed, and I turned off battery optimizer for the app etc. The link provided by the theater just kept taking me to the play store to download the app which I already had. Zero theaters should use this POS (unless it was the theater's fault, in which case sorry).
