I only put one star because it wouldn't let me put comment without at least one. There is never enough information on the app. It's easy on my other bank it says minus or plus this one all the sudden it just goes red without any explanation no minus or Plus. I have to change my password every single time cuz it will not let me put in the password I want because I put that in over a year ago. Just not very user-friendly at all in my opinion

App works (most of the time, sometimes i will just continually try to launch without success). When it's working it is very slow & cumbersome, seems to have trouble recognizing when screen is touched during selections. Tried setting up fingerprint biometric & app was perpetually "loading", to date never succeeded in setting up biometric.
