★★☆☆☆ August system was supposed to add a voice recorder, so the client could record their name instead of print their signature due to covid and clients who are unable to have use of their hands for signatures. They insured Medicaid of Ohio that this would be added in order to be in compliance and to be an accepted alternate EVV provider It's been 3 years what happened? When I call the company and ask they give me a run around telling me they will let me know and call me back no one ever calls back

★★☆☆☆ Between the high incidence of login failures and loosing all the notes I've typed because I switched screens, I'd think it was a low quality beta version. I have to use my old phone to login (when it lets me) because it has never allowed me to log in with my newer Samsung Galaxy A11. If it weren't mandatory for my job, I would uninstall and find a better quality program.

★★☆☆☆ Won't let you log on without your location on. So not for me to keep track of my work, but for my employer to keep track of where I'm at. I feel like it's very invasive. Won't let you go back and double check anything work related. Freezes up constantly and the GPS is off by 30 to 50 yards. Mandatory app or I wouldn't have anything to do with it.
