★★★★★ Amazing app. Everything you need to edit on your phone, add markers, crop, etc. Perfect... and free!

★★★★★ This app is great for chromebooks in the developer S mode... I usually use audacity on my desktop but can not use it on my chromebook. Au phonic Edit works just as well as I'm remote, and the sound is just as great!

★★★★★ How come this app hasn't gotten a review yet? You guys are missing out!!! For reals though. This is the cleanest smartphone audio recorder I've used yet. I recorded much of the tracks for one of my courses using Au phonic Edit, and I was bedazzled by how clean the recording was. It had even suppressed background noise to a professional extent. It's a truly non-destructive audio recorder. Its editing features are quite basic though. I usually export the audio sample and edit elsewhere.

★★☆☆☆ A worse app Yeah can't even add an external file like a beat it's so annoying 😞

★★☆☆☆ Almost, but not quite, completely useless. 'Set a marker at the position of the play head' the app blithely suggests. Do not allow yourself to be misled, however; it will not do this. Instead, it will place a marker for you near to the position of the play head. Not at, but near. After all, that's all anyone's looking for, when editing audio, isn't it; carefully to select a specific point, perhaps in the gap between words or phrases, and then to cut the track precisely somewhere near that. Maybe halfway through a word, who knows. That's good enough. Even assuming you really don't care, and are happy with your random segment of audio, the functions for using it are completely opaque. This is an app for converting sound files to.m4a. The rest is set-dressing. Almost, but not quite, completely useless.

★★☆☆☆ They ask me gmail. Then I want to add gmail account the website is not open and tell me this website is harmful and without adding gmail account I can not edit audio.

★★☆☆☆ Add markers does not always work. Select EDIT and ADD MARKER is same location as PLAY/STOP. When I select EDIT > ADD MARKER it GOES TO PLAY/STOP! I had to restart app to get it to add markers.
