★★☆☆☆ I can't upload my insurance information. The app crashes during the edit insurance workflow when you attempt to edit your birthdate. This app needs attention.

★★☆☆☆ App worked for 2 years. Now I cannot login and it says no connection. Unistalled and reinstalled 10 times!

★★☆☆☆ This app simply doesn't work .. doesn't even have a "Register for An Account" function.. then if you forgot your passcode, it'll state that reset instructions were sent to your email.. but there are no reset instructions received! smh :-/

★★☆☆☆ I downloaded this app to set up a COVID test. There is no option to create an account and trying to login with my Google account doesn't even work. It was a waste of time to download.
