I purchased black tins and lavender dried flowers for my small business. Few tins were dented that I couldn't use. I asked the seller if they can compensate for the dented ones. Which might approximately cost rs.100. But the seller asked me to ship it back to them, where I should bear the shipping cost rs 100. To get the refund for the tins I should again spend rs.100??? Also, the lavender dried flowers were looking like fennel seeds. Worst customer service.

Worst service. First I order 20 kg paraffin wax in which fragrance is not mixing properly. When I raised the issue. They didn't reply properly. Now I ordered wax color. This time they didn't send the property quantity. I ordered 100 gm packet. They send 40 gm packet with label of 100 gm. Now whenever we call . They say will call back or senior is not there. No response of messages. Asking to reorder, And they will send proper quantity. They are just making fool and nothing else.
