Very good app to track time and offs very accurate and handy

Originally rated this 3 stars after having some issues, which embarrassingly turned out to be a user error 🤦🏽‍♂️. But customer service promptly responded to both my review and my email and helped me without making me feel like an idiot. The 5-star rating is for customer service. Thank you

Since auris payroll took over heartland payroll app, I've been paid late more than twice. I should've gotten paid two days ago. My company did payroll when they were supposed to, now we are all waiting to get paid because auris payroll can't seem to manage payroll. Update, it's been 4 days since my paycheck should've been deposited. My account was overdrawn because I didn't get paid in time. More bills to come out tomorrow and more fees. Auris, I want you to cover my overdraft fees.

Garbage. Constant issues with the app crashing and restarting whenever trying to add clock ins/outs.

★☆☆☆☆ Brandon Wachholz · Jul 15, 2026

The app lasts less than a week before it doesn't even log me in, I try to open it and kicks me out. I have to continuously uninstall and re-download for it to work. I usually get 4–5 days of it working before crashing...
