The app used to work fine now it logs you out whenever it wants won't take your password and will not send you a reset for the password

App worked fine before it updated from Heartland to Auris. I was initially unable to login at all, but managed to get in eventually. Now I have the problem of not having any option to clock into my shift. The entire point of the app is to allow me to clock in, so if I can't do that, it's absolutely worthless to me. I'm not sure if this was intentional or just an accidental buggy update, but I would love it if I could actually punch into my shift at work and get paid for it 🥰
