★★☆☆☆ Don't pay on time, looking at every possible way not to fulfil their part of the obligation. Delayed call waiting and lack of professional manner. Very poor communication skill between the insurer AIA and Australian retirement trust, documents weren't sent adequately between both parties, hence delaying funds to be transferred. Very poor listing skills as bank details weren't correctly documented, which increased payment. Overall, very unsatisfied with their server, and I would not recommend...

★★☆☆☆ 2 years later and this is still happening. Very frustrating. PIN stops working every time I am forced to update the app. Annoyed that I need to keep resetting my password because it's changed so many times I now keep forgetting it

★★☆☆☆ App keeps having "changes" being made to it. Consistently having to reauthenticate with login credentials instead of the PIN or biometrics it allows you to use instead of the password. Annoying as hell...
